This Privacy Policy explains how AW Structural Services, LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Wind Load Calculator and aw-structural.com (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
(a) Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, and professional details.
(b) Payment information, which is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
(c) Sign-in and server records: the date, time, and network address of your sign-ins (we keep the most recent 20 per account, for security), and the standard server logs our hosting provider maintains. We do not use analytics tools and do not track how you use the Service.
(d) Project inputs you enter into the Service to perform calculations.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain the Service, process payments, communicate with you, provide support, improve the Service, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information to train artificial-intelligence models, and no decision about you is made by automated means.
3. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that operate the Service on our behalf, including Stripe (payment processing) and Railway (application hosting). We may share information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and Third-Party Resources
The application uses only the cookies necessary to operate it: a session cookie and a security token that protect your sign-in, and, once you have signed in, a signed sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in on that browser until seven days pass without you using the application, or until you sign out. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and the application loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but the application will not work without the necessary ones.
Visiting aw-structural.com itself sets no cookies and sends no information to third parties; its fonts and images are served from our own site. Our web host keeps standard server access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and operations.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights

8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
