Members and framing for buildings and structures — gravity and lateral — designed to AISC 360 and the governing building code.

Miscellaneous & industrial steel

Stairs, platforms, canopies, equipment supports and other delegated miscellaneous-steel items — designed and sealed for permit or fabrication.

Steel shop drawing review

Fabrication and erection drawings reviewed against the design intent and the connection calculations, then stamped where required.

What a package contains

From the frame down to the bolt

Gravity and lateral systems, the connections that make them work, the stairs and platforms around them, and the shop drawings that come back for review — every piece drawn the way it is checked, with every limit state run against exactly that geometry.

How it works

Three steps

Step 01

Send the package

Email the contract documents, design loads, and schedule — for delegated work, the EOR’s connection schematics and load tables. You get a fixed quote and turnaround before any work starts.

Step 02

Design and calculation

Connections and members are designed to AISC 360 — and 341/358 where seismic systems govern — with every limit state shown in the calculation package, not summarized away.

Step 03

Sealed and coordinated

You receive the sealed calculation package as a PDF, plus mark-ups coordinated with your detailer so the shop drawings match the calculations the first time.

Scope note. Professional engineering services are provided under a separate written agreement with defined scope and fee. Delegated design is performed from the loads, criteria, and schematics in the contract documents; overall structure design responsibility remains with the engineer of record unless expressly engaged. Engagements are accepted only where the firm and engineer hold current licensure and any required certificate of authorization.
